At LIV, all items are freshly prepared and made to order.
We do not accept returns or refunds once the order has been delivered.
Refunds or replacements are only considered if:
The order is damaged during delivery, or
There is an error from our side (missing or incorrect items)
In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the issue.
