By placing an order with LIV, you agree to the following:

Order Notice
All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and quality preparation.

Order Confirmation & Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon full payment. LIV reserves the right to decline or cancel any order based on availability.

Changes & Cancellations
Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Late requests may not be accommodated.

Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available at the agreed time. LIV is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information or unavailability.

Food Safety & Storage
Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Please keep items refrigerated and consume within the recommended timeframe.

Product Nature
All items are freshly prepared and may contain allergens. Customers must inform us of any allergies prior to ordering.

Presentation
As all items are handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur while maintaining our quality standards.

Liability
LIV is not liable for issues resulting from improper handling, storage, or consumption after delivery.
